Returns and refunds

Returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We don't charge restocking fees.

You cover return postage unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover everything.

How to start a return

Email hello@fernandhound.co.uk with your order number. We respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Your statutory rights

UK Consumer Contracts Regulations apply. You have a statutory right to cancel any order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. This policy extends that statutory window to 30 days as a goodwill gesture. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace or refund the item and cover all return postage costs.

Items not eligible for return

Used or partially used items cannot be returned unless faulty.
