Who we are

Pricing and VAT

All prices are shown in GBP and are not subject to VAT (we operate below the UK VAT registration threshold of £90,000).

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract between us is formed when we accept and dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, if a product is out of stock or the price was listed in error).

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to your contract with us.
