Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to UK Mainland, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and Isle of Man only.

We don't currently ship outside the UK. Email hello@fernandhound.co.uk if you'd like to know when we expand.

Delivery times

• Single-supplier orders (most products): 2–4 working days, free over £40, £4.95 below
• Multi-supplier orders: items may arrive in separate parcels within 5–7 working days, free over £40

Dispatch

Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day from our UK fulfilment partners. Orders after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided on every order by email when your parcel ships.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, email hello@fernandhound.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate and either replace or refund the order.
